Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites Cancun

Having enjoyed the BEST beach in Cancun at Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites, I found the breakfast lovely and the staff amazing. However, our room needed updating and the gym was disappointing. Overall, still a fabulous stay with access to the beautiful beach and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Returning after many years, the hotel still impressed with its peaceful ambiance, best pool, and stunning beach. Room 5117 offered the perfect view. The Palapa bar served delicious food and drinks. The breakfast omelettes remained top-notch. Although lacking certain amenities, manager Oscar promptly addressed any concerns, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Stayed right on the beach with the best view. LOVED the amazing breakfast! Staff was so friendly and caring. Would definitely choose this place again. Photos don't do justice to the beach access! 🌴

Lovely spacious room with great aircon and balcony- really enjoyed the beach access, free from sargassum, and the staff were nice. We had a blast at the awesome beach and tasty breakfasts, perfect for a honeymoon! The gym was small but did the job, only downside was the finishing inside the room wasn't super high quality. 🏖️

The beach and pool were perfect, and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean, with separate sink and toilet areas. The beach was lovely, and the grounds were easily accessible. However, tours conflicted with breakfast time, and some issues with room keys inconvenienced us briefly.

The spacious villa was a true haven of rest with its air-conditioned environment, ample spaces, and exceptional amenities. The large windows provided stunning views, and the furnished balcony was the perfect spot to relax. The Caribbean-style decor with unique details added character and made the stay truly special.

The location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance of a friend's house where we attended a birthday celebration. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful beach, good food, and refreshing drinks offered at the restaurant.

Oh my goodness, 🤩 the beach at this hotel is just magical, like a dream come true! the sand was pristine and the sea was crystal clear. Unfortunately, there was a sewage smell in our area, which wasn't pleasant. 😔

I recently stayed at Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites for a relaxing couples getaway. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was shielded from the seaweed and offered a pristine beach. The on-site restaurant not only had delicious food, but also provided stunning ocean views. The spacious suite with a kitchen and large terrace was a highlight, along with the clean and well-maintained beach. The hotel's convenient location allowed us to easily explore nearby restaurants and shops in the hotel zone.

The 3 Bedroom Villa at Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites is just perfect for a group of friends or a large family. The spacious rooms, comfy beds, and excellent amenities create a cozy and relaxed atmosphere, making it feel like a home away from home for budget travellers like me.

I personally found the TV selection a bit limited, but that's just my preference!

The location of our hotel was unbeatable - just a couple of steps away from a pristine sandy beach with crystal clear waters. We could walk to supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room was impeccable with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, diverse, and fulfilled all our dietary restrictions. The service was outstanding! The staff was friendly and always available to help us with whatever we needed. We also enjoyed the lovely pool and the beautiful sea views from our room!

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for several reasons. it is located right on the beach, which was absolutely beautiful. Secondly, the service was top-notch with room service available around the clock and staff that made us feel very welcome. Finally, the amenities were great, with a fantastic pool and spa centre that we took full advantage of.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a tranquil beach getaway with great service.

Everything was fantastic.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The beach was spectacular - crystal clear water and white sand with palm trees. The lunch menu at the palapa restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Although our room had some furniture from the 1960s, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly, and we enjoyed the amenities available. I highly recommend Beachscape Kin Ha Villas & Suites.

Staff directed me to attractions on my first stay. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, room service, security. I'll be back for a city break!
